A new warehouse site has been confirmed as sold to DHS on March 11, 2026 for $145,400,000. The warehouse is at 6020 W 300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Existing warehouses in the NW Quadrant Inland Port lack the proper zoning and lack adequate water, sewer or other utilities. More importantly, there are NO adequate resource levels for a concentration camp. It should never exist.
